A mock press is an event where individual participants would be required to pose as public figures from different areas who have been in the news recently, and pose to face a press conference.

Maximum number of participants per college: 2 (Two)

Last date for registration: 15 December 2024

Each participant is free to choose the public figure they want to represent from a list of public figures which will be provided by the organisers. The list will be given 2 days before the event.

The participants will have to answer this mock press on behalf of the personality they pose as.

Obscene and controversial words/ gestures are strictly prohibited.

Decorum and good conduct must be maintained by the participants before, after and during the event.

Electronic devices of the participants will be collected by the organisers an hour before the event begins, and will be returned once the participants finish their performance.

A briefing will take place 2 days before the event to provide an idea about the event and address doubts, if any.
