KLS IMER TOASTMASTERS CLUB

1. This is a team event.

2. Team Size –  Maximum 10 (ten).

3. Teams will choose a product from the 3 products given by the organizers and will perform an advertisement.

4. Total time to perform the ad is 6 mins.

5. Teams can have jingles, and background music if they want.

6. After the advertisement is performed, the judges might ask teams about their marketing plan,strategy, and questions about the advertisement. Teams must answer the questions of judges.

7. Language of advertisement is English only. One or two lines can be said in other languages but only a little. The judges will decide whether it is too much of other language content.

8. Creative Dressing/costume is allowed.

9. Props are allowed.

10. You have ten minutes to arrange the stage before the ad. Whatever you do on stage make sure the stage is ready for the next team in 5 mins.

11. Evaluation Criteria: Total Marks: 50-Content- Information, Awareness: 15-Presentation: Expressions/acting/props:10-Overall appeal of the ad: 15- Question and answer round-10

12. The ads MUST strictly avoid any obscene/derogatory language or actions. Any ad that has content that mocks or demeans any person, community, culture will be  from the disqualified.
