SNOOKER RULES AND REGULATIONS

 The referee / Organizing committee reserves the right to alter the schedule and
format.
 The referee / Organizing committee reserves the right to alter or Amend the rules and
regulations in un avoidable seatution.
 Players are requested to report 15 minutes before the commencement of their
matches.
 Players have to carry ID card of their College/Institute and should be produced on
demand.
 Any appeal during/regarding the match shall be made only by the player and the
referee's decision is final and binding on the players.
 Protests if any, should be lodged in writing with the referee within 15 minutes of the
completion of the match in question with a fee of Rs.750/-
 In all matters, the decision of the referee is final and binding on all the concerned.
 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
 After completion of their matches, players must leave the hall.
 Eatables are strictly not allowed inside the hall.
 Matches will be conducted as per rules of BSFI/IBSF.
 Matches will be Played on full size Snooker Table
 All the Matches till Pre-quarters will be played of a single frame (Maximum 30
minutes or a table finish, whichever is earlier)
 Quarters, Semis and Finals will be played Best of Three Frames (Each frame
Maximum 30 minutes or a table finish, whichever is earlier).
 Following Events will be held in the Game of 15red snooker.
